Great to be with Intel and Saudi Business Machines at one of the biggest tech events in the middle east. We were showcasing VR training and how it can help train staff where procedures are expensive or dangerous, allowing for many passes through a scenario with multiple trainees at the same time.
With leading edge interaction for training, the 960 frames per second motion capture from our partner Phasespace and real time avatars for multiple users – we are also rendering 100+ million polygon models of real products thanks to the Intel hardware. It’s a huge change in training where you need to deal with engineering and where and how physical things relate to each other.
